SYNC operates at the intersection of manufacturing and construction. Bathroom pods are produced in a controlled factory environment, but their successful delivery depends on information and decisions that begin well before manufacturing starts.

Design development, client selections, approvals, procurement, prototyping and production are interconnected. When information arrives late or decisions change, the consequences move downstream—affecting readiness, sequencing, material availability and production flow.

ProgressAmp worked with people across the SYNC system to understand both the intended process and the way delivery occurs in practice.

The value-stream mapping process made the complete system visible. It showed where work progresses predictably, where feedback loops are necessary, where uncertainty enters the process and where local decisions create consequences elsewhere.

The resulting report did more than document the current process. It established a prioritised deployment roadmap for improving information flow, decision visibility and operational coordination—providing SYNC with a practical basis for staged improvement.
